Current Director at Alamos, previously at Wallbridge Mining and Aurania Resources. Significant capital markets and M&A experience.
Dwight Walker, CPA
CFODwight Walker is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in finance and administration. He has served as CFO of several public companies in the mining sector. Mr. Walker is the former CFO of ECU Silver Mining Inc., an emerging Mexico-based silver producer, and part of the team that sold the company through a plan of arrangement transaction at a value in excess of $300-million.
Jason Brewster, M.Sc
Vice President, OperationsMr. Brewster is a mining engineer with over 25 years experience in the mining industry. He has been with Omai Gold since it went public in 2020 and was previously President & CEO of its predecessor Anconia Resources. His experience ranges from grassroots exploration through to mining operations, including international experience in Cuba, Morocco, Brazil and Spain. Mr. Brewster has led both exploration and mine development teams including on the development of the initial mine plan at the Aguas Tenidas mine in southern Spain that was brought back into production and is still in production. He has a an M.Sc in Mining Engineering from the Camborne School of Mines in the U.K.
David Stewart, P.Eng.
Vice President, Corporate Development & Investor RelationsMr. Stewart is a mining engineer with 15 years of mining sector experience. David was most recently VP Corporate Development and Shareholder Communications at Ascot Resources through the permitting, construction, and initial production ramp-up stages. Previously, he was an equity research analyst at both Desjardins Securities and GMP Securities, covering a wide array of precious metals producers, developers, and exploration companies. David's mining career began with Redpath Mining developing underground projects around the world, after which he worked at Barrick Gold's Hemlo operation where he was responsible for mine design, capital projects, and expansion scoping study development. Mr. Stewart is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining Engineering from Queen's University.
