Dwight Walker, CPA
CFODwight Walker is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in finance and administration. He has served as CFO of several public companies in the mining sector. Mr. Walker is the former CFO of ECU Silver Mining Inc., an emerging Mexico-based silver producer, and part of the team that sold the company through a plan of arrangement transaction at a value in excess of $300-million.
Jason Brewster, M.Sc
Vice President, OperationsSince2008, Mr. Brewster has been President of Billiken Management Services Inc., a full-service exploration management consulting company. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, Mr. Brewster was a planning engineer for Iberian Minerals Corp.’s Spanish operations. Mr. Brewster received his Master’s of Science from the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, England and his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario.
